FAQs

1)  When will my order ship?  All orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday will ship same day.  Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will ship on Monday afternoon. 

 

2)  Do you have special hours on game weekends?  Yes, all special (different) hours will be posted the week before the game. 

 

3)  Is what we see on the site, what is offered in the store also?  Yes, all products on the website are in the store unless it is designated a drop ship item.  There are also some additional items that are not able to be shipped on location. 

 

4)  Is Rebel Rags locally owned and operated?  Yes, Terry Warren of Oxford is the owner and it is managed by his daughter, Ashley Warren Grantham also of Oxford.  All employees are Ole Miss Students, local residents, or Ole Miss Alumni.

 

5)  Are all of you products CLC licensed?  Yes, If it has Ole Miss on it, it has a CLC Licensed sticker on the product. 

 

6)  What if I don't see what I am looking for?  If you are looking for something that is not offered on the website, please call us at (877) 281-7327 or email us at rebelrags@bellsouth.net and we will see if we can help you find it.
